BRIEF INTRODUCTION to OVERSEAS EDUCATIONAL CENTER of QU

青岛大学出国留学教育中心是学生出国留学工作的归口管理部门，负责出国留学和培训项目的审批、管理和服务。

Overseas Educational Center of Qingdao University is the administration responsible for reviewing and approving all kinds of study-aboard programs.

中心贯彻学校国际化办学方针，搭建安全便捷的留学平台，促进师生认识全球化的机遇与挑战，培养优秀的国际化人才。

OEC fully implements the internationalization of QU, devoting to make it more convenient for students to studying aboard, and dedicate to promotes and facilitates the collaborative and impactful engagement of faculty, students, and alumni with the world, to enhance understanding, address global challenges, and advance knowledge.

中心同时负责教育部留学服务中心培训基地的管理，依托青大与教育部资源，积极与海外高校合作，为出国留学学生提供培训与服务。

Meanwhile, OEC takes charge of the administration of Training Center to CSCSE of Chinese Ministry of Education. Relying on the resource of Ministry of Education and QU, the Training Center actively carries on cooperation with universities overseas to provide training and supporting service for students to expand Qingdao’s mission as a global city.
